How I pamper myself.

Everyone has unique ideas about what is the best way to pamper yourself and pampering yourself is very important and amazing for your health because making yourself happy is the best thing you can do to yourself.

I first start off in a warm luxurious bath, with a couple of bath bombs and candles. I feel that it's important for myself to add bath salts and bath bombs to make it feel more like luxury making sure I dim the lights and the the only light I have is the candles. I put on my favourite music to make things more relaxing for
myself. 

I always get out the bath, and moisturise myself, at the moment I'm using my dove tinted moisturiser because I live in Wales and this weather is not going to give me a healthy looking tan to I need to get one some way. 

I then give myself a manicure and pedicure making sure that me nails always look fresh. I usually go for bright colours or a nude colour, depends what mood I'm in.

relaxing is also an important way to relax, just chilling out with my feet up watching my favourite TV programme/film, reading a book or magazine or even just listening to my favourite music and just sitting back with my favourite foods and favourite drinks. Or even if the weather is nice, I sit back in my garden and relax. 

Another way to treat myself is definitely going out shopping, and buying myself a treat that I wouldn't normally buy, like an expensive new pair of shoes, or a nice pair of jeans, just makes me feel so much happier.
